REFUNDS / EXCHANGE / DISCLAIMERS
At PeppaTree Designs, every item is handmade with care, and many of our products are personalised or made to order. For this reason, we’re unable to accept returns, refunds, exchanges or cancellations on the following:
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Gift cards
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, as ALL SALES ARE FINAL for the above product types.
Your happiness is important to us, and we always want you to love your order. If there’s ever an issue with a non-personalised item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it so we can help. We may request photos to better understand the problem. You can always contact us for any questions at hello@peppatreedesigns.com or by using our Get in touch form!
Please note, there are no exchanges, credit notes or refunds on sale items.
Strictly no refunds on gift cards.
Postage charges are non-refundable.
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Orders will be processed within 2-12 BUSINESS days from the date your order was placed. This means we have up to 12 business days to make/ package your order THEN it will be shipped! After that, you can check the tracking on your email/phone confirmation. If you have any shipping inquiries you must contact Australia Post so they can best serve you.
Cancellation and Restock Fee:
In the event of a cancelled order, a restock fee of 8% will be applied.
Trademark Statement:
Buyers are responsible for ensuring they are complying with any trademark and copyright protections when using our designs and understanding that you publicly post at your own risk. We are not to be held responsible or liable for any legal implications that may occur to you or your business.
Location and Shipping:
We are based in Australia. Canada. USA and International orders will be shipped via Australia Post using the International postage system.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. PeppaTree Designs are not responsible for delays due to customs.
*******We are not responsible for any international duties/taxes/tariffs charged to customers upon international delivery. If packages are declined or returned back to us, you will be refunded your order value MINUS the international shipping cost.*******
