SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

Please note that the shipping time you choose at checkout only applies to the shipping speed of your order. Our turnaround time remains the same, regardless of the shipping speed you select. Shipping charges are charged at a flat rate for Standard Postage and an upgrade to Express Postage is available at the checkout. We follow the Australia Post Standard Shipping guidelines and prices.

Standard shipping, 5-10 business days. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, as we cannot control Australia Post delivery. All orders are packed with appropriate protective packaging and includes a tracking number.

INSUFFICIENT OR INCORRECT POSTAL ADDRESS
It is your responsibility to check your postal address at the time of the order. PeppaTree Designs is not liable for purchases returned to us due to incorrect addresses. Re-directing post will occur at the customer's expense. In the unfortunate event that your order is returned to us due to an insufficient or incorrect address provided during checkout, you will need to cover the shipping cost for us to reship the items. Please triple check that the address you input at checkout is correct. This will avoid any issues with deliveries.

LOST ITEMS
We do not take responsibility for lost items sent via Australia Post. All enquiries should be directed to an Australia Post branch or lodged via their website.

RETURNED TO SENDER ITEMS
If packages are returned to us by the shipping carrier, refunds will only be applied to the cost of the items and not the shipping fees.  As a small business, we are charged for an item to be returned to sender. We will not cover costs associated with this due to parcels not being picked up. This is a fee of $18.00 in total.

DAMAGED GOODS
Your satisfaction is our top priority. Upon delivery, please inspect your order immediately. If you notice any defects, damages, wrong items, or missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Damages must be reported upon receipt of goods and customers must adhere to proof of damages (including photos) and arrangement of goods to be returned for inspection. If this time has passed, return expenses are the responsibility of the customer. Once we confirm the next steps, and your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of your replacement item and shipping details.

We are based in Australia. Canada. USA and International orders will be shipped via Australia Post using the International postage system.
