Each sign is cut with a laser so it may have a burnt smell / dark edges. Please understand we use real wood and try our best to pick the best pieces but due to being natural there can be some grains or slight imperfections.
PROCESSING TIME
Please allow 7-10 business days for us to produce your sign. As this is a custom item it takes us a bit longer to create the files. Please note this timeframe does not include postal delivery times to your location.
Please note that we always aim to very accurately represent each product's colour, however actual colours may still vary due to differences in computer monitor/mobile device settings.
VERY IMPORTANT - If purchasing a custom design, there will be a NO Return and NO Refund Policy in place. Once your order is started it can not be cancelled or refunded.
